“Built in Burnham by Petticrows for an Irish buyer she originally carried the number IRL 112 but on her return to the UK she was renamed “Ducru” and given no. GBR 686. I bought her from Ali Edwards in Abersoch in 2019. Her paperwork is all still in the name of “Ducru” but I have put her original name of “Rainbow “ on the transom. Built in “Spheretex” extra stiff fibreglass (since banned for new builds but grandfathered so still race legal) she retains the stiffness of a much younger boat. Major refit by Katie Cole of Petticrows in 2016; only sailed very lightly since but kept immaculately professionally maintained, she is ready to go in full race trim. Delivery within UK mainland or to a UK port by separate negotiation is a possibility.
EQUIPMENT: 2025 new mast boot, 2024 new solar panel & battery, 2016 new boom, pole, standing & running rigging, Harken declare & furler, Removable Tacktick Racemaster on mast bracket, Plough anchor with chain leader & rope stored under forward floorboards, Sail cover & fitted cockpit cover.
Sails North 2 mains & 3 genoas in good condition, in addition some old serviceable Hoj – Jensen sails”.

She is a very fast boat, the current Pacific Northwest Dragon Champion and has been the Vancouver Fleet Champion for 4 of the past 5 years.
